We are looking an experienced Service Advisor to join our dealership team.
Role Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers warmly and establish trust as the friendly face of our service department.
- Actively listen and show empathy towards customers' needs, concerns, and goals, while accurately documenting them
- Foster transparent and proactive communication with technicians to identify and diagnose vehicle issues
- Provide clear and detailed explanations of recommended repairs and maintenance to customers, focusing on safety and customer value
- Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicles, ensuring timely and regular updates
- Create a culture of hospitality that guarantees customer satisfaction and retention, making our dealership a reliable partner for their automotive needs.
Here's what we have to offer:
- Scheduled hours are between Monday to Friday - no weekends.

Here's what we need from you:
- Valid Driver's License and a clean Driver Abstract
