We are looking an experienced Service Advisor to join our dealership team.

Role Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers warmly and establish trust as the friendly face of our service department.
• Actively listen and show empathy towards customers' needs, concerns, and goals, while accurately documenting them
• Foster transparent and proactive communication with technicians to identify and diagnose vehicle issues
• Provide clear and detailed explanations of recommended repairs and maintenance to customers, focusing on safety and customer value
• Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicles, ensuring timely and regular updates
• Create a culture of hospitality that guarantees customer satisfaction and retention, making our dealership a reliable partner for their automotive needs.

• Valid Driver's License and a clean Driver Abstract
