• 8+ years of experience in software engineering
• Experienced in building and operating SaaS products in cloud environments (AWS preferred)
• Experienced in the technologies and tradeoffs involved in building modern distributed systems
• Advanced knowledge of modern software development practices (devops, automated testing, observability, etc)
• Front End development expert (technologies, tools, practices, etc)
• Highly proficient in typescript
• Highly proficient in React
• Familiarity with multiple programming languages and paradigms a plus
• Successful track record of operating as part of cross-functional teams in fast-paced, agile environments
• Highly effective communicator with both technical and non-technical audiences
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with legal professionals
• Eager to work openly and collaboratively with a diverse team
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity to turn hard problems into clear and compelling solutions through reasoning and research

• We build ground breaking AI technology that can read and understand contract language to make every part of the deal-making process from drafting, negotiating, reviewing, approving, or managing the contracts happen faster, better, with reduced risks
• We build AI first products, and automate manual work, freeing up our customers time and accelerating their businesses
• You will be joining the Evisort AI team, which functions as a startup within Workday

• Evisort Engineering is expanding and as a result of that a new Software Development unit is being formed
• As such, you will work with a multidisciplinary team of highly skilled engineers, in close collaboration with your Product and Design partners, with the goal of maintaining and expanding our best-in-class contract management offerings
• Your technical expertise and ability to work collaboratively so that the sum is greater than the parts will be crucial in realizing our ambitious vision to deliver best-in class-AI at scale, to transform how major companies optimize and streamline key business processes related to negotiating and managing their contracts
• Your role will be instrumental in advancing our AI initiatives and delivering exceptional value to corporate legal departments and business professionals world-wide
• Partner closely with engineering, data science, product management, and design teams to execute the vision, strategy and roadmap
• Participate in a collaborative team culture that encourages iteration and innovation, and a deep understanding of both our business domain and of engineering practices to steer engineering decisions
