Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a B2B Inside Sales Specialist located in Toronto, ON. The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for lead generation, managing sales pipelines, executing sales strategies, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. This role involves daily interaction with potential and existing clients to develop new business opportunities and maintain strong customer relationships. The Inside Sales Specialist will work closely with other team members to meet and exceed sales targets and ensure customer needs are met promptly.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High level of motivation and a goal-oriented mindset
  • Proficiency in SFDC CRM oftware
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in the telecommunications sector is a must
