Our client is FOODLAND ONTARIO. Your role is to develop relationships with grocers and through merchandising activities, promote the consumption of fresh Ontario produce and agricultural foods.

**The Opportunity:**FOODLAND MERCHANDISING REPRESENTATIVE- MISSISSAUGA - APPROX. 2-WEEK CONTRACT

Short-term store audit assignment supporting Foodland Ontario across a specified group of grocery stores in your territory.

In this role, you will visit assigned stores to conduct program audits and assess the visibility and execution of Foodland Ontario materials and Ontario-grown products within the produce department. You will capture required measurements, observations, and photos to support reporting on how the program is being executed at retail.

This project requires completing 40 store audits within the assigned timeline. Evening store visits may be required to ensure completion before the deadline.

**Project Window:**March 23 – April 10, 2026
Rate:$19.50–$20.00 per hour + Mileage Reimbursement

What you’ll be doing?

• Conduct store audits at assigned grocery locations
• Introduce yourself toProduce or Department Managerswhen arriving in-store
• Assess and documentFoodland Ontario signage and promotional materials
• Measure and recordlinear footage of Ontario vs imported produce
• Recorddisplay types and locations for key Ontario commodities
• Evaluateplacement and condition of Foodland Ontario POS materials
• Capture requiredphotos and data for reporting
• Submit completed audits accurately and on time through the reporting system
• RepresentEncore and Foodland Ontario professionallyduring all store visits

What you bring:

• Previousretail, merchandising, or audit experience(grocery experience is an asset)
• Strongattention to detail and ability to follow audit instructions
• Comfortable usingmobile reporting tools and submitting photos
• Ability to completemultiple store visits within a defined timeframe
• Professional and confident when interacting with store staff
• Self-motivated and able to work independently

Practical Must-Haves:

• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift/move up to 25 lbs
• Availability during the project window
