About the role

Xchange Auto is expanding our vehicle purchasing team — and we’re looking for self-starters who know how to move the needle. If you enjoy making connections, guiding others through a process, and being rewarded for performance – this fully remote, commission-based role could be a great fit.

This is a T4A independent contractor opportunity with flexible hours. Part-time or full-time.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Identify, market, present, onboard and manage business relationships for vehicle buying with fleet volume.
  • Facilitate communication between partner businesses, auto dealerships, and Xchange Auto’s internal Sales Support team for the purpose of buying vehicles.
  • Maintain long-term communication with your partner accounts to support future purchases.
  • Track progress and key activity using tools and resources.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Vehicle Fleet Sales/Leasing or Automotive experience is a plus.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, customer engagement, or relationship-building.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset — proactive, self-directed, and goal-oriented.

COMPENSATION

  • Commission-based: paid per vehicle bought.
  • Commission-based earnings; typical range is $50,000–$100,000/year depending on time commitment and performance.
  • Earnings scale with performance and customer volume.

REMOTE WORK & SCHEDULE

  • Fully remote and flexible scheduling (part-time or full-time).
  • Availability during standard business hours is recommended to communicate with partner businesses and dealerships.
  • No travel required, though occasional voluntary opportunities may arise for business development or networking.

Xchange Auto provides access to optional tools, guides, and resources to support your success. As a contractor, you manage your own outreach and performance — with guidance available when needed. Most new contractors begin earning commissions within their first few weeks, depending on experience and activity.
