We are a Wellness Clinic with 2 locations in Toronto Downtown and Mississauga. We specialize in natural aesthetics and IV Vitamin Therapy. We are looking for an energetic, outgoing, friendly office administrator to help take our practice to the next level.
Job Description:
We're looking for an energetic and dedicated From Desk Clinic Administrator to be the face of our clinic and ensure smooth operations at the reception. This role is integral to our team and is pivotal in maintaining our reputation for client care.
We are looking for someone who's willing to travel between our Toronto & Mississauga locations.
This position includes weekdays, evenings and weekends.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Experience: Greet clients warmly and assist them with appointments, inquiries, and services.
Scheduling: Manage appointments, ensure punctuality, and avoid conflicts or double bookings.
Staff Coordination: Collaborate with our team of professionals to optimize the daily operations of the clinic.
Administrative Duties: Manage client records, payments, and correspondence with utmost confidentiality and efficiency.
Sales & Promotion: Inform clients about ongoing promotions, new services, and packages.
Feedback Management: Collect client feedback and share insights with the management for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in front desk administrative duties, preferably in a medical or beauty setting.
Sales experience is a must
Proficiency in using scheduling software and basic office applications.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
A genuine passion for client service and a positive attitude.
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.
Knowledge about cosmetic treatments is a plus but not mandatory.
