We are currently recruiting for an Accounts Payable Coordinator to join our dedicated and knowledgeable Administrative Team at London Children’s Connection.
Qualifications:
- Post secondary diploma or degree in accounting, or relevant experience
- Minimum three years experience
The Person We Are Looking For:
- Excellent computer skills, with proficiency in Excel and Sage 300
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Well developed interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills
- Accuracy, attention to detail and maintaining confidentiality is essential
- Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively within a team
- Effective time management skills
- Negotiation skills and the ability to set appropriate priorities
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintains the Accounts Payable in the Sage 300 accounting system
- Ensures accuracy of all invoices and account allocations for invoices and deposits
- Prepares cheques and on-line payments, in a timely manner
- Prepares semi-annual GST recoverable reconciliation and annual property tax rebates
- Maintains all related records
- Completion of additional tasks as assigned by the Finance Manager
