The Financial Analyst to be involved with the FP&A, financial reporting, management/internal reporting and ad-hoc projects in a fast-paced environment, strong ability to multitask, detail oriented and time management.
This role requires full bilingual proficiency in English and Korean
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Risk Management & Reporting :
- Set up undefined business process and guidelines.
- Review the Overhead status and set up the meeting with related department
- Regular report to the executives such as CEO, CFO, NA CEO, Global CEO in Korean or English
- Ad-hoc report on business needs
Financial Analysis :
- Report financial information as well as other types of information that assist management in fulfilling the goals of the organization.
- Report finance impacts and business results to the management.
Planning & Budgeting :
- Financial planning, forecasting, and review.
- Annual budget planning aligned to strategy plan (product, account, etc.).
- Budget control by analyzing plan vs. actual (revenue, P&L, etc.).
- Financial coaching to line managers who are directly responsible for marketing, sales, SCM, SVC, etc.
Data Management :
- Data extraction and management on a weekly / monthly basis (F/X, Profit, Sales and so on)
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES :
- Full fluency in English and Korean is required – written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business or Accounting
- 1-5 years’ experience in a finance, accounting, corporate planning, or other relevant role.
- Must be proficient with Excel (advanced), PowerPoint
