Role Overview: As an Industrial Electrician at IPG, you'll play a crucial role in our manufacturing processes. This position is ideal for those who are skilled in electrical systems and enjoy hands-on work. You'll be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, and repairing complex electrical and electronic equipment, contributing to our commitment to quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and repair automated manufacturing processes to ensure smooth operations.
  • Plan and install electrical and electronic components across a diverse range of equipment.
  • Perform minor mechanical repairs as needed.
  • Manage personal workflow using our computerized maintenance system for work orders, parts, and work history.
  • Collaborate with your supervisor and team on additional tasks as assigned.

What We're Looking For:

  • A Red Seal Industrial Electrician certification with a minimum of 3 years of experience is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of control systems, including Allen Bradley controllers and variable speed drives.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and work planning skills.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Shift Details:

  • 12-hour rotating shifts (day and night)
  • Shifts: 8 AM - 8 PM and 8 PM - 8 AM
