We’re looking for a skilled and team-oriented Salesforce Administrator to join our dynamic Technical Services team. In this role, you’ll act as a Salesforce subject matter expert, overseeing the setup, configuration, development, and ongoing maintenance of our Salesforce platform. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective solutions that improve operational efficiency and support key business initiatives.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Manage and configure multiple internal and customer-facing orgs
- Design and implement Salesforce flows
- Develop and maintain multiple experience cloud sites
- Support and advise team members on Salesforce configuration and development across ongoing projects and feature enhancements
- Establish and implement change control and best practices concerning system maintenance, configuration, development, testing, and data integrity
- Manage Salesforce roles, profiles/permissions, sharing rules, automations, and groups
- Prioritize, design, and facilitate the successful implementation and adoption of new processes
- Participate in final acceptance testing, verifying with stakeholders, and deploying new functionality to production
- Provide training to internal users as well as clients
- Write and manage technical documentation, including internal and external-facing knowledge base articles
Preferred Qualifications and Experience:
- Undergraduate or College degree in a technical field
- 2+ years of experience with Salesforce configuration, support, and/or administration
- Salesforce Administration Certifications
- Experience deploying and managing 3rd-party integrations
- Experience with creating and maintaining complex Salesforce flows
- A strong knowledge of Salesforce formulas
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Must be available to travel to client sites within Canada and the US up to 10% of the time
Compensation and Benefits:
- Base Salary: $72K - $88K + performance-based bonus + stock options
