As a Director in Senior Commercial Markets, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals in delivering exceptional service to our commercial clients. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing strategic plans to achieve business objectives.
- Managing client relationships and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- Leading and mentoring a team to drive performance and professional development.
- Collaborating with other departments to enhance service delivery and product offerings.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial banking or related field.
- Proven leadership skills and experience managing teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Business Administration.
- Experience in a senior management role.
- Knowledge of the commercial banking landscape in Canada.
