Your contribution!

Reporting to the Senior Director – Operations, the CMMS Maintenance Planner will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and supporting maintenance at the solar projects. This role will also utilize and manage CMMS tasks for solar facilities to include predictive, preventative, and corrective maintenance plans, work orders, and spare parts inventory as well as managing relationships with suppliers.

Your day-to-day!

  • Plan and coordinate the execution of predictive, preventative, and corrective maintenance plan for solar facilities
  • Ensure that the spare parts inventory is kept up to date and manage procurement activities as needed.
  • Prepare maintenance documents and procedures to meet manufacturer requirements
  • Review and update procedures regularly with project staff to improve reliability and performance
  • Coordinate with the Site Manager to prepare and optimize maintenance schedules and tasks
  • Participate in the development or improvement of procedures and best practices.
  • Assist with coordination and planning for major shutdowns with internal team and external contractors
  • Participate in regular budget preparations and reviews.
  • Implement and monitor EHS interventions recommended by health and safety and/or management

Your skills, our requirements!

  • 3-5 years in a similar role.
  • Training in electrical circuits and/or electromechanics is preferred.
  • Experience in the energy industry is preferred.
  • Experience with a major CMMS program.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to be self-motivated and work with minimal supervision; Ability to multi-task in a complex and dynamic environment; Excellent team player with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Possess a valid driver’s license.
  • Fluency in English required, and some Spanish is preferred.

  • The position could be based at the company’s San Diego (CA) office or remote within the USA.
  • This position is a P2 level

Pay Transparency Statement

Compensation for roles at Innergex varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, education, and level of experience. We believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer.

In the spirit of pay transparency we are excited to share the base salary for the position is $75 000 - $90 000, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. If you are hired by Innergex, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as skills, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future and continued salary growth. We also offer a generous compensation and benefits package.
