What You’ll Do
- Work with teams across Venn to answer key questions with data
- Build and maintain dashboards in Metabase that support decision-making and visibility
- Write clean, efficient SQL to surface insights and track product usage
- Help define and maintain core data tables that are easy to use and reliable
- Document key metrics and fields so that everyone at Venn understands what they mean
- QA data regularly and flag inconsistencies or gaps
- Partner with engineering and product to ensure new features are tracked properly
What You’ll Need
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in a data or analytics role
- Proficiency in SQL (we use PostgreSQL)
- Experience with BI tools like Metabase or Looker
- Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities
- Strong attention to detail
Nice to Haves
- BS (or higher) in Computer Science, Statistics or a related technical field
- Solid understanding of statistics and industry best practices around data
