Do you have a passion for supporting youth navigating complex life challenges? Join e4c’s Youth Housing Programs and play a vital role in creating safe, stable, and empowering environments for youth aged 14–17. YHP provides transitional housing for young people experiencing barriers such as homelessness, addictions, poverty, trauma, mental health concerns, and more. As a Overnight Support Worker, you’ll form meaningful relationships with youth, help teach essential life skills, and ensure the physical space remains safe, clean, and supportive. You’ll be a role model and a stabilizing presence—supporting their journey toward independence and adulthood. What You Bring To The Team
- A strong understanding of youth development and the impact of trauma, poverty, and systemic barriers.
- The ability to remain calm and solution-focused in high-pressure or crisis situations.
- A non-judgmental, empathetic approach that makes youth feel seen, heard, and respected.
- Flexibility and initiative to support youth in meaningful, practical ways—from life skill development to emotional support.
