Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and passionate UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. A strong understanding of user-centered design principles, excellent visual design skills, and the ability to translate complex requirements into functional and engaging interfaces are essential for this role.
Role and Responsibilities:
· Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and user experience.
· Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
· Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications that are clean, modern, and consistent with brand guidelines.
· Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to iterate and improve designs.
· Develop and maintain UI mockups and prototypes for new and existing products.
· Ensure designs are responsive, accessible, and optimized for a variety of devices and platforms.
· Work closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of the UI/UX vision.
· Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance design processes and outcomes.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
· Experience working in Agile/Scrum development processes.
· Familiarity with accessibility standards and guidelines (e.g., WCAG).
· Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Skills:
· Proven UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing design projects.
· Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
· Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
· Experience in conducting user research and usability testing.
· Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end frameworks is a plus.
· Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
· Strong communication and collaboration skills.
· Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
