The Director of Support Services is responsible for overseeing the delivery of support services within the community. This includes managing staff, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining high standards of care.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the support services team.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures.
- Monitor and evaluate service delivery.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance resident care.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a healthcare setting.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in a related field.
- Experience in a long-term care environment.
- Knowledge of best practices in support services.
