Duties:
Full-cycle Accounts Receivable and Collections, ensuring payments are made on time,
and managing extended collection activities for outstanding accounts.
Manage intercompany accounting, including monthly confirmations with other entities,
reconciling accounts at period-end, and resolving issues with intercompany
departments.
Oversee accounts payable for separate entities and vendors, ensuring accuracy and
obtaining necessary approvals.
Handle payroll (hourly and salary basis) and remittances.
Complete account reconciliations, including credit card reconciliations.
Prepare HST returns and handle electronic filings.
Generate account analyses and financial reports as requested.
Familiarity with accounting software such as Salesforce, QuickBooks, and Paywork is an
asset.
About You:
Accounting degree
Minimum of 2 years of payroll experience.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
Strong attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable learning new software and applications.
Exceptional communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and provide excellent customer service.
