  • Effective communicator with experience working cross-functionally or with remote/global teams
  • Data-aware and performance-minded; comfortable tracking campaign metrics and reporting results
  • A team player who’s proactive, curious, and eager to learn
  • Experience in consumer tech, travel, or telecom industries
  • Familiarity with influencer and affiliate platforms or campaign management tools
  • Prior work in regional or matrixed teams
  • Fluency in a regional language beyond English

What the job involves

  • We’re hiring a Regional Marketing Specialist to support the growth and execution of our go-to-market strategy in [region] as part of our international expansion. Reporting to the Regional Marketing Lead, you’ll play a hands-on role in launching campaigns, executing local activations, managing partners, and supporting Nomad’s marketing presence across the region
  • You’ll collaborate closely with both global and local teams across brand, performance, product, and partnerships
  • Support the execution of the regional marketing strategy across brand, digital, PR, influencers, and local activations
  • Assist in adapting and localizing global campaigns for regional relevance and resonance
  • Coordinate with creators, affiliates, agencies, and media partners on local initiatives
  • Help manage regional marketing assets including landing pages, creatives, and toolkits
  • Track campaign metrics, consumer insights, and competitor activities, feeding insights to the regional lead and global team
  • Assist with the day-to-day management of influencer, affiliate, and partnership efforts
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, performance, and design to support regional goals
  • Contribute to building a strong local marketing presence and support new market entries
  • KPIs You’ll Be Measured On:
  • Timely and effective execution of campaigns and local initiatives
  • Support for regional acquisition and engagement goals
  • Quality and performance of creator and affiliate collaborations
  • Local content accuracy, cultural fit, and campaign resonance
