What the job involves
- We’re hiring a Regional Marketing Specialist to support the growth and execution of our go-to-market strategy in [region] as part of our international expansion. Reporting to the Regional Marketing Lead, you’ll play a hands-on role in launching campaigns, executing local activations, managing partners, and supporting Nomad’s marketing presence across the region
- You’ll collaborate closely with both global and local teams across brand, performance, product, and partnerships
- Support the execution of the regional marketing strategy across brand, digital, PR, influencers, and local activations
- Assist in adapting and localizing global campaigns for regional relevance and resonance
- Coordinate with creators, affiliates, agencies, and media partners on local initiatives
- Help manage regional marketing assets including landing pages, creatives, and toolkits
- Track campaign metrics, consumer insights, and competitor activities, feeding insights to the regional lead and global team
- Assist with the day-to-day management of influencer, affiliate, and partnership efforts
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, performance, and design to support regional goals
- Contribute to building a strong local marketing presence and support new market entries

- Timely and effective execution of campaigns and local initiatives
- Support for regional acquisition and engagement goals
- Quality and performance of creator and affiliate collaborations
