We are looking for a Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to join our team!

Lead the budgeting and reforecasting processes in collaboration with operational leaders and UK finance partners.

Develop and maintain robust financial models to support annual budgets, strategic initiatives, and long-range planning.

Conduct in-depth financial and trend analysis to identify performance improvement and growth opportunities.

Oversee monthly P&L reviews for all Canadian centres, delivering performance insights and partnering with regional and departmental leaders.

Provide commercial analysis on centre-level performance, including revenue trends, cost efficiency, and variance to budget.

Present financial results and strategic recommendations to senior leadership to inform key business decisions.

Evaluate performance and ROI of new centres, major renovations, and other capital investments.

Support strategic growth by reviewing business cases and analyzing demographic and market data.

Drive adoption and enhancement of Power BI tools, ensuring accurate and timely reporting across the business.

Manage weekly cash flow forecasting and working capital planning in coordination with senior finance leadership.

Mentor and develop a Junior Finance Analyst, fostering a high-performance, collaborative finance team.

Work cross-functionally with teams including Marketing, IT, Real Estate, and HR to align financial planning with strategic initiatives.
The Who…
The be a successful Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Manager, you’ll have:

Significant experience in FP&A, Commercial Finance, or Finance Business Partnering—ideally in a multi-site, consumer-facing environment (e.g., hospitality, entertainment, retail, or QSR).

Advanced Excel and financial modeling capabilities; familiarity with Power BI or other BI tools, and experience with ERP or planning systems.

Strong ability to interpret financial data in context, identify performance drivers, and influence business outcomes.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the confidence to present to and influence senior leadership.

Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and lead or mentor junior team members.

Post-secondary degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business; CPA required (MBA or CFA considered an asset).

Highly organized, adaptable, and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, growing business.
