What Will You Do?
As a Commercial Account Manager, you'll:
- Provide professional insurance advice to commercial clients with clear and timely communication on insurance policies and coverages
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients while working collaboratively within a team of brokers
- Maintain standards and internal protocols for client service, accounts receivable, file documentation, broker management system workflows, etc.
- Utilize Applied Systems (Epic) software for managing client information and insurance processes
Core Requirements
To be successful in this role, our minimum requirements are:
- A level 2 Alberta Insurance Licence or above
- 1 year of experience as a commercial insurance broker
Beneficial Skills
Your success in this role will be enhanced if you have:
- Additional insurance licences and/or relevant experience
- Experience with Applied Systems (Epic)
- Proficiency in insurance company portals
