We are actively hiring driven, commission-only Business Brokers across Canada. You’ll receive hot inbound leads, exclusive listings, and be supported by a national brand that’s built for deal-makers.

What You’ll Do:
• Work with motivated business buyers and sellers across industries
• Qualify leads and conduct buyer/seller discovery calls
• Guide clients through business valuation, listing, and negotiations
• Market listings using BIG Properties’ brand and sales tools
• Close deals and earn top-tier commissions

What You Bring:
• Strong interest or experience in sales, real estate, or business development
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Self-starter attitude and ability to manage your own pipeline
• Licensed real estate agent or willingness to become licensed (varies by province)
• Knowledge of small business operations is a plus**
