Job Description
As a Managing Director/Executive Director/Director in Relationship Management, you will be responsible for leading a team of relationship managers and driving the growth of our wealth management business. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to help them achieve their financial goals.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of relationship managers.
- Develop and implement strategies to grow the wealth management business.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on investment strategies.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in wealth management or financial services.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and implement strategic plans.
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced degree in finance, business, or related field.
- Professional designations such as CFA or CFP.
