Position Summary

As a member of the Process Improvement team, the Project Coordinator works closely with all teams within the BMO Division to provide services supporting operational plans and projects. The projects range in size and scope focusing on process improvement documentation and learning and development initiatives. This position reports to the Manager, Document Control & Process Improvement.

This position is a Casual Part Time position that will require the successful candidate to work flexible hours throughout the week.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Conduct process improvement projects including operation audits and performance observations.
  • Support projects through review and understanding of project scope and schedules.
  • Develop training and process documentation for BMO division teams.
  • Deliver exceptional service to internal teams related to each project including regular communication and reporting updates.
  • Provide assistance with hiring and training events, Stampede-time training, employee engagement events, and other events as required.
  • Special projects, program initiatives and administrative functions as assigned.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will be proactive, optimistic and have worked in a dynamic environment where they have experience delivering on multiple priorities and will hold the following qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3-5 year’s experience in an administrative support or project coordination position.
  • Understanding of project management methodology, processes and procedures
  • Excellent organizational skills and a strong attention to detail
  • Strong literacy and communication skills to support process and training documentation development – written, verbal, reporting and presentation
  • Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills.
  • Advance knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
