Project Manager – About this role

As a Project Manager you will be responsible for supporting end-to-end execution of market research projects by assisting internal teams and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery.

Your primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Organize and lead project kickoff meetings to align fieldwork, programming, and sampling teams with project specifications, timelines, and client expectations.
  • Use ClickUp to manage project lifecycle and ensure dates and status are accurate for reporting.
  • Coordinate with different teams/vendors (Data Processing, Advanced Analytics, Translators) to ensure they have the necessary materials and deadlines can be met.
  • Monitor project timelines, proactively identifying and resolving issues related to programming, data quality, and quota fulfillment.
  • Monitor fieldwork and provide regular updates to the Insights team, making recommendations on how to proceed if challenges arise.
  • Collaborate with Insights Managers to understand project needs and propose effective, creative solutions.
  • Ensure that relevant, accurate, and timely communications and outputs are served to internal and external clients.
  • Track budget and billing, ensuring invoices are correct and costs within project budget.

Experience, Skills, and Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in Market Research (Project Management)
  • Degree, diploma, or post-secondary certificate.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite – Knowledge of project management tools (ClickUp) is a plus.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to represent the organization professionally.
  • Ability to work independently, solve problems proactively, and manage confidential information with discretion.
  • Ability to adapt in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
