Cork & Flame is currently seeking a dependable and skilled Breakfast Cook to join our culinary team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their craft, thrives in a fast-paced morning environment, and values consistency and quality in every dish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and execute breakfast items with care, precision, and attention to detail
• Uphold high standards of food quality, portion control, and presentation
• Ensure kitchen cleanliness and adhere to all food safety regulations
• Assist with prep tasks and daily kitchen organization
• Maintain open and professional communication with all team members
• Support the overall efficiency and flow of the kitchen during service

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a breakfast or line cook role preferred
• Strong understanding of breakfast techniques, timing, and plating standards
• Comfortable working early mornings, weekends, and holidays as required
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
• Professional attitude and a commitment to team success
