POSITION TITLE: Warranty Advisor
POSITION TYPE: Full-Time, Temporary
BRANCH:Calgary Corporate
REPORTING TO: Team Lead, Warranty

RME is seeking a Warranty Advisor. In consultation with RME Dealerships, the Warranty Advisor will maximize vendor warranty reimbursement within using established guidelines. The Warranty Advisor will manage compliance of all warranty submittals.
Job Duties and Responsibilities Include:
- Understanding all Warranty Processes for all RME Supported Vendors
- Processing Warranty Claims for all RME Supported Vendors
- Appealing rejected or partially paid claims
- Meeting Monthly and Yearly Deadlines for Claim Submission
- Assist in general warranty status/questions on units
- Participate in training required for position
- Attend required meetings
- Monitoring and requesting of updates to all RME Warranty Advisor Tools
Our ideal candidate will possess:
- Working knowledge of CDK (PFW) Business System preferred
- Working knowledge of CNH Business System (CCN, Dealer Portal, Web-U) preferred
- Working knowledge of SysAid preferred
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word required
- Technical working knowledge of Agricultural and Construction equipment preferred
- Understanding of the Agricultural Service and Parts Departments within RME
- Exceptional inter-personal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to relate well with all internal and external stakeholders
- Strong time management skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
