The Role

As Manager, Business Operations & Strategy , you’ll be a strategic advisor to the founders, helping drive growth initiatives, operational excellence, and key customer projects. This is a high-impact role suited for a self-starter who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys building from scratch, and is eager to grow with a fast-scaling startup.

What You’ll Own

Partnerships & Ecosystem Growth

  • Lead strategic partnerships with industry associations, platforms, and ecosystem partners
  • Represent NetNow at conferences and events across North America
  • Drive co-marketing and co-selling opportunities with partners

Customer Excellence & Onboarding

  • Own onboarding of new customers – from kickoff to successful adoption
  • Build scalable processes and playbooks for implementations and ongoing success
  • Serve as a trusted point of contact for strategic accounts

Projects & Strategic Initiatives

  • Work directly with the founders on top-priority cross-functional projects
  • Drive special initiatives (e.g., pricing strategy, international expansion, operational scaling)
  • Bring analytical rigour and execution horsepower to solve tough problems

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–4 years of experience in management consulting (e.g., Deloitte, BCG, Bain), private equity, or high-growth startup environments
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to run with ambiguity
  • Exceptional communication skills – both with customers and internal teams
  • High degree of ownership, bias for action, and startup hustle
  • Experience working directly with executives or senior leadership teams
  • Willingness to travel to customer sites and conferences (approx. 10–20%)

  • Prior experience in fintech, SaaS, or B2B financial services
  • Exposure to partnerships, customer success, or growth strategy
  • Comfortable rolling up your sleeves across marketing, sales, ops, and product
