Overview
We are seeking dedicated and skilled Lube Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and oil changes on a variety of vehicles. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical knowledge, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This position requires heavy lifting and the use of both hand and power tools, making it essential for candidates to have prior experience in automotive repair or maintenance.

- The Lube Technician & Tire Installer is responsible for executing any and all tire, Lube, and inspection related services. Position may lead to management training and or mechanic apprenticeship.

Lube & Tire Technician/InstallerJob description:
- Tire ServicesInspect, repair, and replace tires as required
- Tire RepairsResponsible for determining the best method of repair and then completing the task or making recommendations for replacement/warranty if warranted.
- Perform installation and proper balancing of newly installed tires ensuring that all check-points have been covered such as proper inflation, rotation, etc.
- Lube, OIL, Fluids, Maintenance: Change engine oil/filter, and perform other minor repairs.
- Fluid Flushes and factory scheduled maintenance.
- Complete vehicle inspection reports for each vehicle in an accurate and timely manner
- Heavy lifting required
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good work ethic
- Auto service and tire experience an asset
- Ability to work in a supervised capacity but operate independently
- Ability to work in a time sensitive environment
- Must have a valid Driver's Licence
- Mechanical aptitude
