In this role, you will play a critical role in defining and delivering requirements for our Intelligence product, along with new Dental Practice Management Software (DPMS) integrations.
Reporting to the CTO, you will work closely with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Customer Success) to discover customer needs, document clear product requirements, prioritize the backlog, and ensure the successful launch and adoption of new functionality.

Responsibilities
- Define and evolve the Intelligence product roadmap, partnering with Engineering to deliver actionable, easy-to-understand dashboards and reporting.
- Contribute to end‐to‐end scoping of new DPMS integrations: API discovery, data‐model mapping, and rollout strategy.
- Drive adoption of internal tooling for CareCru's Practice Success Managers to better support our dental practice customers.
- Effectively communicate the "why" with stakeholders across all levels, including executives, engineers, designers, and customers
- Create and prioritize tasks in the backlog with clear and concise requirements and acceptance criteria
- Collaborate closely with designers and engineers to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality products
- Track and analyze product performance metrics (e.g., user engagement, adoption rates, customer satisfaction) to identify areas for improvement
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in the dental and SaaS space
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within your team
Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of experience as a Product Manager managing SaaS products
- Hands-on experience shipping analytics features or data-heavy products
- Proven experience in continuous discovery, competitive analysis, and managing product backlogs
- Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Data-driven decision-making with the ability to analyze and interpret data to inform product decisions
- Experience working with dental practice management software or in the dental industry is a strong plus!
