The Position

The Auto Dealer Partnerships Specialist spearheads partnership opportunities and amplifies the brand's reach. The successful candidate will accomplish this through the identification, implementation, and management of mutually beneficial referral networks within the auto dealership sector. The Auto Dealer Partnerships Specialist focuses on driving revenue growth through the creation of strategic partnerships and requires the ability to travel to local dealerships

Key Accountabilities:

  • Proactively identify, initiate, and cultivate reciprocal relationships with automotive dealerships and dealership groups.
  • Scale and expand existing auto dealership partnerships.
  • Creation and execution of innovative strategies, ensuring that our network continually evolves to meet the dynamic demands of the insolvency and automotive markets.
  • Accountable to the organization’s KPI’s by driving business referral leads.
  • Primary point of contact between internal and external parties championing best in class client experience.
  • ​​Communicate effectively and professionally with strategic partners, clients, and internal stakeholders.
  • ​Collaborate with key stakeholders to achieve business development goals.
  • ​Provide insights and feedback to the Program Director, Practice Improvement and other team members.​

Education, Knowledge & Skills:

  • Minimum 5 years outside sales experience, along with extensive knowledge of the automotive industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to motivate and influence others to act.
  • Proven presentation skills to varying groups within the automotive sector.
  • Demonstrated experience collaborating with key stakeholders.
  • Experience with CRM software and maintenance of business development contacts
  • Ability to work collaboratively, independently, remotely, and in office or hybrid.
  • Ability to connect virtually or in person and drive successful results and partnerships with a wide range of prospects.
