About the role
Available Summer Positions
All galley positions onboard run from April 26th until October 18. All staff are required to fulfill the entire season. Staff work a rotational schedule of 10 days onboard and 4+days off.
Galley Staff- Our galley staff is responsible for providing all meals to our passengers using our preset menus. We prepare everything on board, following our ships’ cookbook. Our cooks are required to do all kitchen prep, dishes and galley cleaning. Inventory is also required every third day of every trip. Organization, cleanliness, good communication skills and the ability to work with others in a close environment is required for this position.
All staff are required to have a current Smart Serve certification, Food Handlers Certificate and Provincial Health and Safety At Work certification.
