Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and assisting clients with their needs.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring all materials are sanitized and presentable.
• Assist in retail sales by effectively upselling products and services to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Support hair styling professionals by preparing tools, managing appointments, and ensuring a smooth workflow.
• Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and improve overall efficiency.
• Assist Hair stylists , washing hair, laundry, sweeping, dusting and maintain a cleanliness of the salon.

Skills

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with clients.
• Experience in retail sales, with a focus on upselling techniques.
• Proficient in front desk operations, ensuring a welcoming environment for customers.
• Basic knowledge of hair styling practices is a plus but not required.
• Ability to sanitize work areas and tools consistently to maintain health standards.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to facilitate effective interactions with customers and team members.

Pay: From $17.20 per hour
