About the role
Description
Our Client is seeking a Change Management Consultant, Zero Trust, who will support the change management strategy and activities for a comprehensive cybersecurity program. This role will work strategically with leadership to successfully support responses to change, coaching and guiding them as they navigate the transition with their people.
The consultant plays a key role in ensuring critical changes needed to implement the new cybersecurity model demonstrate best practices and are supported by focusing on the people side of change to increase employee adoption and engagement and achieve desired cybersecurity objectives.
While this role is remote, candidate must work and reside in BC at all times during standard business hours (Monday to Friday between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm Pacific Time.) Must be Canadian Citizen to apply.

Experience Required/Mandatory Skills

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline.

6+ years of relevant experience in change management, with a focus on IT or cybersecurity initiatives.

Experience working with and leading cross-functional teams in technology-driven transformations.

Change Practitioner Certification (PROSCI, CCMP or similar).

Cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM) or demonstrated knowledge of cybersecurity principles.
Nice To Have Skills

Public Sector experience is an asset.

Advanced knowledge of change management principles and methodologies.

Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and their organizational impacts.

Solid ability to interpret cybersecurity data and make data-driven recommendations.

Advanced technical writing skills, able to create reports and documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Familiarity with agile methodologies in the context of cybersecurity implementations.
