We’re looking for a creative, driven, and versatile teammate to join Movemate and help scale our mission and impact across content, community, and operations. This is a hybrid role that blends content creation, marketing, and day-to-day business support. You’ll have the opportunity to shape how our brand is seen and felt by millions of people worldwide, collaborate with aligned partners, and contribute meaningfully to a mission-driven startup that’s redefining how people think about movement and play at work, and beyond.
What You’ll Do
Content Creation & Marketing
- Develop creative, engaging and relevant concepts for video and photo content
- Shoot content using professional camera equipment
- Edit high-quality short-form and long-form content
- Create compelling visual assets for social, web, and email
- Craft written content for social media captions, blog posts, email newsletters, promotional materials, and website
Social Media & Community Growth
- Manage and grow all social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube etc.)
- Research, identify, reach out and collaborate with various promotional partners (such as influencers, media affiliates, PR partners, and healthcare and movement practitioners) who are aligned with our product, mission and brand
- Contribute to SEO strategy and management of paid advertising channels both online and offline
Operations & General Support
- Respond to email inquiries in our general inbox as needed
- Assist with inventory, production and order management as needed
- Contribute to ongoing research and development and special projects as needed
- Support any other daily operations to help the business run smoothly and grow
Who You Are
Must-Have Skills:
- Confident operating professional camera equipment, lighting setups, and audio gear
- Skilled in video editing with experience using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
- Proficient in graphic design and photo editing with experience using Adobe Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop
- Strong grasp of storytelling, audience psychology, and brand voice, with the ability to apply it across formats
- Ability to write engaging, brand-aligned copy for social media, email, blog posts, and other marketing materials
- Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills
- Understanding of how to speak a brand’s language and create emotional resonance with the audience
- Comfortable using Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Drive) for day-to-day collaboration
- Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines with clarity, focus, and strong follow-through
Nice-to-Have Experiences:
- Managing and growing content across social media platforms
- Digital marketing strategies, including SEO optimization and paid advertising
- Community building, audience engagement, and diverse stakeholder relationship management
- E-commerce and Shopify
- Email marketing tools like Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or Seguno
- Collaborating with influencers, media affiliates, PR partners, brand ambassadors to amplify reach
- Customer support and business operations

Education: A diploma or degree in marketing, communications, graphic design, multimedia production, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Experience: 1–3 years of relevant professional experience in content creation, digital marketing, or community management. Exceptional new grads with strong portfolios are also encouraged to apply.
