SAP Logistics (SD OTC), TM, WM/EWM Business Analyst
About the role
Summary:
This role will serve as the local SME supporting Training, UAT, Cutover, and Hypercare activities. Hands on experience is required however the role is more of a business analyst – knowledge of how to troubleshoot is required.
Key Responsibilities:
· Act as SMEs for specific modules: WM/EWM, TM, SD OTD (With FI integrations skills)
· Assist in training delivery and readiness planning.
· Support UAT execution and issue resolution.
· Participate in Cutover planning and on-site support during Go-Live.
· Collaborate with on-site consultants and business teams.
Qualifications:
· 5+ years of experience in SAP functional roles.
· Strong understanding of supply chain and logistics flows.
· Strong communication skills in English – essential!
· Willingness and availability to travel to Canada.
· Previous experience supporting rollouts or hyper care is preferred.
