SUMMARY
Reporting to the Head of Marketing and Communications, you will work closely with members of the Solutions and Operations teams and external collaborators to manage and support branding and communications efforts inside and outside of our organization.
12 months contract position
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Managing our branding repository and maintaining and communicating updates across the organization
- Collaborating with internal teams to address customers interests such as RFPs, surveys and other requests
- Managing key project deliverables as they emerge on time and in scope
- Developing targeted communications in collaboration with the marketing and communications team and external partners such as agencies and independent freelancers
- Investigating and recommending new marketing and communications opportunities to support the growth of the company
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- A bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, public relations or a related field
- 3-5 years of communications experience
- A solid understanding and familiarity with brand building and brand management
- Experience with content management systems
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- A collaborative and creative mindset with a high attention to detail
- A proven ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- A self-starter mindset and the ability to work both independently and within a group
