We’re looking for an Optics Specialist to help shape the future of holographic display technology! As part of our Optical team, you’ll develop custom optical designs that drive the performance and realism of our displays. Your expertise will directly impact how our technology delivers unparalleled clarity, depth, and realism.

What You’ll Do
- Develop optical designs, working on custom lens design and optical component selection to optimize our holographic displays
- Collaborate with mechanical engineers to design and refine opto-mechanical structures for calibration and optical assembly analysis
- Create software tools, writing programs in Matlab, Python, and/or C++ for calibration, automated testing, and data analysis
- Perform optical simulations using ray tracing software such as FRED or TracePro, and optical design tools like Zemax OpticStudio to analyze and enhance system performance
- Work hands-on in the lab to test, analyze, and refine optical systems
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- Engineering or Science degree with a background in physics, optics, or a related field (Master’s or PhD preferred).
- Expertise in optical design, including experience with ray tracing, lens design, and optical components.
- Optical Ray tracing experience (such as FRED or TracePro) and optical design software (such as Zemax OpticStudio) is required.
- Hands-on approach to lab work, prototyping, and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative problem-solving skills with the ability to develop innovative optical solutions.
