Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Specialist. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for selling insurance policies, providing excellent customer service, and managing client relationships. They will also be involved in training new representatives, developing sales strategies, and managing sales teams. The role requires regular communication with clients and team members to ensure effective sales and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Sales and Sales Management skills
  • Experience in Training and developing sales strategies
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
