Le/la Spécialiste Facturation est responsable de fournir le plus haut niveau de service à la clientèle par le biais de la prise de commandes et de la facturation efficace et rapide des commandes. Le titulaire doit travailler avec les ventes, les opérations et la chaîne d’approvisionnement. Vous serez basé de notre bureau à Laval QC.
D'autres tâches comprendront:
- Répond professionnellement aux demandes liées à la prise de commandes par téléphone ou Internet et effectue l’entrée de données de façon précise.
- Assurer que les livraisons des clients respectent tous les changements contractuels et sont facturés rapidement afin de maximiser les revenus et diminuer l’inventaire dans SAP.
- Résoudre les demandes de clients internes et externes.
- Maintenir à jour ses connaissances sur les produits de Dyno Nobel afin d’assister dans les demandes générales et la prise de commandes.
- Assurer que tous les frais contractuels sont ajoutés aux livraisons avant la facturation.
- Se conformer aux législations gouvernementales et aux politiques organisationnelles.
- Maintenir des relations de travail efficaces avec le personnel en répondant à leurs demandes et en fournissant l’information nécessaire.
- Assurer la livraison des commandes à temps et complètes.
- Supporter l’équipe du service à la clientèle au niveau administratif
- Tâches cléricales connexes.
Ce que nous recherchons
- Collège ou diplôme professionnel préféré
- 2 ans d’expérience dans une moyenne à grande entreprise
- Connaissances et expérience de travail avec SAP (mandatoire)
- Habiletés de communication efficaces
- Travaille bien en équipe

- Capacités de gérer plusieurs priorités en même temps.
- La maîtrise fonctionnelle de l'anglais (écrit et parlé) est requise en raison de la nature anglophone de l'entreprise, dont le siège est aux États-Unis, ainsi que pour les déplacements entre les provinces canadiennes qui peuvent occurer.

What You’ll Do This is a part-time position that requires on-site presence 2 to 3 days per week. As the Billing Specialist, you will be accountable to provide the highest levels of internal and external customer support out of our office in Laval QC. This encompasses accurate order taking, invoicing, inventory movements/counts and processing purchase order requisitions and other related tasks. Other duties will include:
- Professionally assist customers with their order requirements
- Communicate with operational sites to co-ordinate deliveries
- Ensure customer deliveries include all contractual changes and are invoiced in a timely manner, in order to maximize cash flow and relieve inventory in SAP
- Professionally analyze and answer customer inquiries; provide assistance extracting related reports where required
- Have a basic understanding of other areas of the business and the impact each area has on one another
- Understand and maintain customer profiles to reflect customer(s) contract
- Product knowledge directly related to customer needs
- Maximize cash flow through timely billing of accounts receivable
- Resolve internal and external customer inquiries
- Instantel/Customer Service Support Liaison
- Ensuring customer profile binders are maintained with current quotes, PO’s, Accounts, Sales Orgs, and procedures
- Be knowledgeable of customer quotes and contracts; ensuring accurate billing
- Document details of corrections and additional charges to simplify AR responsibilities
- Responsible for monthly site inventories and assist with controlling SLOB for target inventory turns
- Assist sites with goods receipts and issues, open PO’s and transfers for accurate SAP data
What We’re Looking For:
- Must be bilingual in English and French
- College/University Business related degree is preferred
- A combination of education and/or two years of related work experience in a mid to large sized organization
- Proficient with SAP
- Comply with all government regulation (including NRCan, TDG, OH&S and WHMIS) and company policies (including ISO and MSA standards)
- Positive attitude, friendly demeanor, and a team player
