JOB SUMMARY
Reporting to the Housekeeping Manager the Room Attendant in charge of preparing a comfortable and aesthetic space for our guests through the responsibility of cleaning and proper sanitization of our hotel rooms.

YOUR ROLE
-
Adhere to brand high standard cleaning requirements
-
Change bed linen daily
-
Vacuum carpeting
-
Dust all furniture (picture frames, bed frames, lamps, TVs, dressers, etc.)
-
Remove fingerprints and smudges (i.e. mirrors, shiny surfaces, windows, etc.)
-
Thoroughly clean the bathroom area: wash shower stall, sink, floor, toilet, etc.)
-
Ensure compliance with standard room set-up
-
Report all damage found in a room immediately
-
Report all missing items in a room and any personal guest items found in vacant rooms immediately
-
Ensuring all “lost and found” items are turned in immediately
-
Assist with any additional cleaning chores that may be assigned
YOUR PROFILE
- Good physical condition
- Experience in Housekeeping or Housekeeping Certificate an asset
- High standards of cleanliness
- Proven guest service ability with an attention to detail
- Good team player
