Job Overview
We are a construction company in Downtown Vancouver looking for a junior marketing coordinator to expand our team. If you're hard-working, dedicated and creative please apply.

Responsibilities for Junior Marketing Coordinator / Project Assistant

  • Support the company's marketing initiatives with the planning, executing, and tracking of marketing programs such as photography/videography, blogging, website content, social media
  • Communication with team on branding and marketing strategies
  • Creating marketing budgets and timelines for execution and track progress
  • Create, proofread, and edit copy for various marketing channels, ensuring consistent voice
  • Assist with Project Manager on day to day
  • Photography/Videography of project completed
  • Manage relationships with clients to ensure high-quality and timely execution of marketing programs, and to ensure competitiveness
  • Conduct market research and identify trends

Qualifications for Marketing Coordinator:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field
    1-3 years of experience in marketing
  • Must have strong organizational and project management skills, as well as attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as outstanding copywriting and proofreading skills
  • Good note taking skills
  • Firm grasp on various marketing platforms, channels, and best practices, including social, digital, and email marketing
  • Skills in Adobe Photoshop, Website Design, Microsoft Office Suite, Photography/Videography is a must
  • Must be a self-starter and able to independently move projects forward, priotitize tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Must have strong analytical skills to analyze metrics and create reports
  • Must have a high level of creativity
  • Occasional travel may be required

This is 3 month contract, that will lead to Full-time if candidate fits our organization with ranging around 30 hours per week

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
