The salary range for this position is $165,000-$235,000 CAD. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills and abilities, as well as internal equity.

What the day will look like
- Develops comprehensive new business sales and development plans for identified targeted prospects and existing clients.
- Works closely in collaboration with broking teams across solution lines to focus efforts on the development of new business and building relationships with clients and prospects that align with business targets, with the understanding that volume of prospecting activity is essential.
- Identifies specific client and prospect needs and develops innovative and cost-effective solutions.
- Maintains, at all times, a thorough understanding and knowledge of all available Aon resources and solutions available and matching those to client business requirements.
- Achieves high client satisfaction by providing exceptional service.
- Fosters and promotes a team approach to both internal and external business relationships.
Skills and experience that will lead to success
- University degree, plus a min of 10 years of related experience.
- Previous formal or informal experience in managing direct reports.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the capability to interact with major clients to cultivate and maintain strong relationships at a most senior level.
- Strong market presence within the broking industry.
- Excellent communicator (both verbally and in writing) with internal and external clients.
- Entrepreneurial attitude with a high level of accountability for profitability and client satisfaction.
- Excellent organization and time management skills; able to multi-task and manage projects and direct reports.
- Ability to drive team(s) to deliver the highest in client service, quality, and results.
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to make sound business decisions.
- Ability to work independently as a self-starter; committed to delivering the highest in client service, quality, and results.
- Known problem-solver who anticipates issues and suggests creative solutions.
- Ability to embrace and drive change in support of the business unit’s and company’s goals.
