Are you an operator who builds systems, drives performance, and gets results?

Talent Harbour is scaling fast—both organically and through acquisition. We’re looking for a Director of Operations / Service Delivery to take full ownership of our internal execution. You’ll oversee the successful delivery of all client programs, ensure the right team members are in the right seats, and implement the systems and structure needed to scale.

What You’ll Own

  • Oversee the execution and delivery of all client programs across leadership development, career transition, and recruiting
  • Assign the right team members to each engagement based on client needs
  • Hire and manage in-house operations team members
  • Recruit and onboard consultants (coaches, career consultants, recruiters) for each service line as needed
  • Implement scorecards, KPIs, and accountability systems across the team
  • Identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement across delivery
  • Collaborate closely with sales and account management to ensure client success
  • Improve internal processes, onboarding, workflows, and systems
  • Help scale a high-performing service organization that runs smoothly as we grow

What We’re Looking For

  • You’ve led delivery, operations, or service teams—and owned execution
  • You’re systems-minded and skilled at building structure from the ground up
  • You’ve hired and managed high-performing team members
  • You understand what makes great client delivery, not just busy work
  • You thrive in fast-moving, no-excuses environments
  • You’re comfortable managing people, building processes, and solving problems
  • Bonus: experience in HR, coaching, recruiting, or professional services is an asset

Ideal Backgrounds

  • Director or Manager of Service Delivery or Operations in a consulting or talent firm
  • Operations lead from an HR, coaching, or career services company
  • Entrepreneurial operations leader who’s built internal teams and processes
  • Strategic, hands-on operator who can scale delivery while holding the team to high standards

Compensation

  • Base Salary: $100,000 – $130,000 (depending on experience)
  • Bonus: Performance-based bonus tied to client success, delivery outcomes, and internal team performance
  • Total Earnings Potential: $140,000–$180,000+ for high performers
  • No cap for the right person who delivers strong results

Location

  • In-office (5 days/week) – Burnaby, BC
  • Office is relocating to Port Moody / Tri-Cities area in the near future
