We specialize in unique, customizable building solutions that are affordable, energy-efficient, and comfortable—serving the agricultural sector, vacation properties, and residential housing such as Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs).
We are currently seeking a full-time Business Manager to oversee key aspects of our operations and help drive our continued growth.
Reporting to the Owner and President, the Business Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company while ensuring alignment with our long-term strategic goals. This dynamic leadership role is essential to fostering a positive workplace culture, supporting team success, and engaging stakeholders at all levels.

Outcomes:
Manage the business operations in line with the strategic goals while supporting a small team to meet objectives.
Project Manager is supported to ensure projects are well planned, monitored, and progressing as expected.
The Sales and Business Development Representative is supported to achieve sales goals.
Policies and standards are upheld while compliance with applicable legislation is followed.
Team members are supported in a positive and inclusive work environment where they can carry out their roles to the best of their ability.
Contracts, accounting, and legal agreements are monitored for due diligence and compliance.
Collaboration and guidance with all team members, vendors and subcontractors is maintained to ensure customer satisfaction.
Marketing and business development strategies are continuously created and implemented to support business goals.
The President/Owner is regularly informed and updated on progress.
Experience and Education:
Minimum of 5 years in a Business Management/Sales Management role.
Post-secondary education in Business Management.
Leadership experience within the construction industry.
Other Expectations:
Occasional travel may be required.
Permanent resident of Canada or Valid Canadian work permit
Excellent verbal and written English with competence in business communication
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
