Part-Time Warehouse & Sales Associate – $19-21/hr

Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday | 20 Hours/Week

Vancasa Building Supplies is looking for a motivated and hard-working individual to join our team in a hybrid warehouse/sales role. If you have forklift experience and enjoy connecting with people, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

About the Role:
This is a split-role position — half your day will be spent in the warehouse handling materials and assisting customers, and the other half will be spent out in the field prospecting new clients and building relationships.

Responsibilities:
Warehouse (AM):

• Operate forklifts to load/unload and organize products
• Maintain a clean and efficient workspace
• Assist walk-in customers and prepare orders

Sales (PM):

• Visit construction sites and businesses to promote our products
• Prospect and develop new client relationships
• Distribute brochures, take inquiries, and collect leads
• Represent the Vancasa brand with professionalism and enthusiasm

Requirements:

• Forklift experience (certification preferred)
• Sales experience or natural confidence in client-facing roles
• Reliable, hard-working, and self-motivated
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Great communication and organization skills
