About the role

We’re seeking a Go High Level Expert who understands how to use the platform’s full suite — from CRM pipelines to automation, social media marketing, funnels, landing pages, and website building — to generate and nurture real estate leads.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build automated workflows for buyer/seller leads (email, SMS, WhatsApp, and Facebook Messenger)
  • Create high-converting landing pages, funnels, and lead forms for real estate ads
  • Design and optimize real estate agent websites using GHL site builder
  • Manage real estate pipelines, appointment systems, and follow-ups
  • Connect and track leads from Facebook & Instagram Reels, Ads, WhatsApp, and Calendly
  • Setup birthday reminders, client follow-up sequences, post-closing campaigns
  • Segment leads based on type (buyer/seller/investor) using custom fields and smart filters
  • Integrate with Google Reviews, Canva, Calendly, WhatsApp, and LeadConnector
  • Generate monthly performance reports on campaign results and lead flow
  • Support our growing media team with campaign launches

Tools & Integrations You’ll

  • Go High Level (GHL): CRM, workflows, triggers, automation, email/SMS campaigns, funnel builder, surveys/forms, calendar, pipelines, and mobile app
  • Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram): Paid campaign connection and lead capture
  • WhatsApp (via LeadConnector): Setup automated response flows and nurture sequences
  • Calendly: Booking integration with GHL calendars
  • Google Reviews: Automate review requests for reputation growth
  • Canva: Used alongside GHL for branded visuals and social media posts
  • Zapier (if needed): For external third-party integrations

Why This Role is Important

We’re creating a complete lead generation and nurturing machine for:

  • Buyer & seller leads via social media and paid ads
  • Agent recruitment and onboarding via funnels
  • Referral and review systems post-transaction
  • Automated birthday and holiday campaigns to boost client retention.

You’ll play a key role in managing and scaling this digital infrastructure using Go High Level.

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: From $35,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
