Title: Manager, Capital Planning
Essential Functions & Duties:

Develop, implement, and manage the organization’s capital planning framework and budget
-
Assist in the preparation of long-term capital plans, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
-
Collaborate with department heads to identify and prioritize capital projects.

Conduct financial modeling and cost-benefit analyses to evaluate the feasibility of proposed capital projects
-
Prepare detailed reports on capital expenditures, forecasts, and variances
-
Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership on capital allocation strategies
-
Identify and mitigate risks associated with capital projects and investments
Qualifications:
-
Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree (e.g., MBA) preferred.

Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in capital planning, financial analysis, or related fields
-
Strong knowledge of capital planning principles, financial modeling, and project management.

Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex information to diverse audiences.

RBI a pour vocation d'assurer des missions d'audit technique, de conception, d'exécution, jusqu'à la maîtrise d'œuvre totale des projets qui lui sont confiés.
Depuis 2016, RBI fait du BIM un outil fondamental de conception et de réalisation. Cette approche collaborative s'articule autour de la maquette numérique (BIM), optimisant ainsi les échanges et la mise en commun des données techniques et architecturales.
Nous réalisons également des études de synthèse architecturales et techniques.
Les collaborateur·trices formé·es aux méthodes de RBI interviennent sur vos projets en tant qu'ingénieur·es techniques. Ces dernier·es apportent en parfaite collaboration avec les acteurs du projet, leur esprit d'innovation, un haut niveau d'implication et de responsabilité professionnelle.
