The Rizzo Integrated Photonic Systems Laboratory At Dartmouth College Is Offering Two Fully-funded PhD Positions For The Upcoming Application Cycle. The Lab, Led By Dr. Anthony J. Rizzo, Is Equipped With a Newly Completed, State-of-the-art Facility Purpose-built For Integrated Photonics Test And Measurement. Students In The Lab Will Have Access To Advanced Capabilities, Including

– Broadband wavelength characterization from the visible to mid-infrared spectrum

– Multiple chip-level electro-optic probe stations for DC and RF measurements

– High-speed measurement systems up to 36 GHz (including 56 GBaud PAM-4)

The Lab Maintains Active Collaborations With Industry, Government, And Academic Partners, Providing Students With Opportunities To Work On Real-world Projects And To Participate In The Complete Design-fabricate-test Cycles Of Integrated Photonic Circuits. Current Projects Address a Diverse Range Of Applications, Such As
