Description du poste

Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Configuration Specialist located in Montreal, QC, with the flexibility to work from home. The Configuration Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to configuring Quality Management Software, including software configuration, troubleshooting, and effective communication within the organization to collect and understand requirements.
Qualifications
- Configuration Management and Software Configuration Management skills
- Experience with Quality Management solutions or similar
- Analytical Skills and Troubleshooting abilities
- Strong Communication skills
- Experience in IT and regulatory environments
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
- Knowledge of industry standards and best practices
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
