Versa Frame Inc. is a metal cladding & roofing supplier business in Nisku, AB T9E 0H1. We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic individual to join our team. The individual should be highly organized and detail orientated.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide them with exceptional service

• Assist phone/walk-in customers in finding the right products or services to meet their needs

• Provide support to the sales team as needed

• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

• Job take-offs/ ability to read engineered drawings preferred

• Assisting with order entry and inventory management

Experience:

• Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred
• Strong phone etiquette skills
• Ability to effectively communicate and build relationships with customers
• Technical sales knowledge is desirable

-Experience in metal cladding/construction industry preferred

Requirements:

• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic math skills
